It speaks of a legendary treasure known only as The Lost Bark—an ancient force said to possess the power to unite every being through loyalty, hope, and compassion. But no explorer can complete this expedition alone. Indiana Bones and his fearless companion, Small Pounce, are assembling an elite team of adventurers to navigate hidden passages, uncover priceless treasures, and help rescue the animals waiting for their own happy ending.

Raffle Rules and Regulations

These are the Official Rules for the “2026 SPCA Florida Auction for Animals Raffle”. The SPCA Inc. (DBA) SPCA Florida is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, private charitable organization. Dedicated to improving the lives of pets and people in the community, SPCA Florida provides care, compassion, and hope to several thousand homeless pets every year. Our community outreach and education programs serve thousands more pets and people as well. SPCA Florida is a No-Kill organization and will only euthanize animals for severe medical reasons.  SPCA stands for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. We are an independent non-profit organization and are not affiliated with or associated with any other organization with SPCA in its name. After applicable prize expenses (not to exceed $5,000) have been covered, all remaining proceeds will directly support SPCA Florida's mission of caring for homeless animals, including providing medical treatment, nutritious food, shelter, enrichment, and other lifesaving care until they find loving homes.

 

General Conditions: By entering, entrants accept and agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the SPCA Florida.

By entering this drawing, all participants and the winner consent to the use of their names and likenesses in publicity related to the drawing and its outcome without compensation and waive any and all claims against the SPCA Florida. Participants in this drawing must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Donations for tickets will begin on July 20th, 2026, and will cease on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, at 07:00 PM EST. The raffle winner will be issued a 1099 for the raffle value (if applicable and requested) and is solely responsible for payment of any and all income taxes associated with their win.  The winner is also responsible for any and all extra charges outside of the $5,000 cost of the prize. Regardless of their relationship with the SPCA Florida, all entries will have the same opportunity and odds of winning. 

There is no limit to the number of tickets available for this event. Tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no minimum or maximum number of tickets to be sold to each donor.

No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the raffle.  While there is no requirement to donate the recommended ticket price, the purpose of this raffle is to raise funds to benefit the non-profit and animals of the community. Participants in the raffle are encouraged to donate the minimum recommended amount for each ticket requested. Make checks and Money Orders payable to SPCA Florida and sent to SPCA Florida, Attn: Auction for Animals Raffle, 5850 Brannen Rd. S. Lakeland, Fl 33813. Drawing will be held at 8:00 PM EST on October 24th, 2026, at SPCA Florida 5850 Brannen Rd. S., Lakeland, FL 33813. No need to be present to win. The winner of the raffle will be notified by mail, email, and/or telephone, depending on the contact methods provided by the winner.  The winner will also be announced on the SPCA Florida website after the drawing.

All Raffle ticket sales are final. No refunds will be made.

The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of raffle tickets sold.  

No purchase/contribution is necessary to enter; a minimum $20 donation is suggested per ticket, or $100 for 6 tickets. To receive a free ticket, requests must be received in writing and must include name, address, valid e-mail address and phone number with a self-addressed envelope with postage. To be eligible, mail-in requests for one free entry must be received by mail; no later than Monday, October 19th, 2026, at 12:00AM Midnight. Only one free ticket per household via written request is available. Free ticket must be requested in writing and may not be requested through the Internet or phone. All tickets, regardless of how they are obtained, have the same odds of winning.

Tickets will be issued in the name designated by the entrant at the time of purchase. This year’s drawing will be done by randomly drawing a paper ticket from a bin. The winner will be notified based on the name and contact information provided by the donor. Ticket purchases made online will be assigned a physical ticket which will be physically placed in the raffle bin.

Drawing is open to all ticket holders. SPCA Florida reserves the right to award the prize to the individual whom it determines to be the winner. All decisions are final. The winner will be responsible for all taxes (Federal, State, and Local) as well as licensing, registration, and delivery of the prize. The winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail, and/or US Mail based on the information indicated on the ticket at the time of ticket purchase. The winner must present a valid identification that matches the winning ticket in order to claim the prize.
