Adoption Center Hours
Monday – Friday • 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday • 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Our staff is here seven days a week to help you find your forever friend. Visitations and adoptions are handled on a first come, first served basis and end 30 minutes before closing. Outdoor meet-and-greets are weather permitting to ensure the health and safety of our animals.

For larger dogs, visitors can request an available dog from our website or browse dogs on a tablet at the Adoption Center. A team member will set up a visitation with the selected dog in one of our outdoor yards. Up to three dogs can be viewed per visit. Large dog visits end at 4:30 to give our Canine Team the opportunity to prepare or dogs for the night. For smaller dogs and puppies, visitors can view them in the Happy Tails Playroom or request a visitation in one of our outdoor yards.

A meet-and-greet with your current dog is required if either your dog or the dog you’re interested in is dog-selective or dog-reactive. If you’re unsure how the interaction may go, our Canine Team is happy to help facilitate a safe introduction. If you bring your dog, please provide a current vaccination record.​ Visitors to the Adoption Center must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
